Job Description
The LEGO Group is looking for an engaging and experienced facility workplace specialist with excellent people and communication skills. As Workplace Experience Team Leader you'll drive the daily facilities/operations in our UK workplaces taking the lead in creating a sense of community fostering the LEGO culture.
Core Responsibilities
Working on the continuous improvement of our workplace experience and facility services, driving implementation of industry leading practices and innovative initiatives.
Creating a vibrant Hub community, organising events and maintaining online engagement platforms.
Structured and caring relationship with the team, focused on development, well-being, motivation and productivity.
Proactive approach to key partner management both internally and externally (i.e. with external facility service partner).
Collaborate closely with the internal facility community around the world and external facility service partners to ensure sharing of best practices and driving consistency.
Work closely with the London and Slough councilsconsisting of Senior Management

The LEGO Group is continuously developing its global workplaces, design and strategy. We have factories, sales offices and Hubs across the world.
You'll be based from our exciting London Hub, where approximately1,000colleagues work in different areas of our business across global and regional teams. The Hub is the pioneer of the LEGO workplace strategy, now called LEGO Ways of Working (LWOW).
Leading a team of LEGO Hub Hosts and our external facility services provider, responsibilities will be to manage the operational facilities of the London Hub and Slough office to give employees a great work experience every single day.
Do you have what it takes
In-depth facility management experience across dual/multiple-site locations
Experience managing an external facility service partner – both operationally and performance, preferably an IFM (Integrated Facility Management) provider
Significant exposure to a facility management function in a large international organisation
Experience working in employee engagement and community building projects
Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders up to the highest level
An ability to demonstrate a strategic mind-set when developing the environment and the team
A proactive and service minded approach to problem solving that takes employee, partner and visitor needs and expectations into consideration
Ability to travel up to 30 days per calendar year
