Roles and Responsibility
Provide expertise in regard to company policies, benefits, programs, and employee handbook Answer and address employee HR-related questions and concerns Assist in researching and resolving employee relations inquiries and issues in a timely manner Coordinate benefits inquiries with our central benefits administrator Stay updated on the latest HR regulations, trends, and best practices Assist in processing leave requests and complaints, necessary investigations, and disciplinary actions
Skills required
Demonstrated knowledge of the HR field, including an understanding of federal, state, and local employment regulations Results-oriented with a track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, optimism, execute with speed, and integrity Meticulous attention to detail Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion Ability to work and problem solve in an ambiguous, fast paced environment with minimal supervision Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills Comfort handling multiple priorities and pivoting as needs change Organized and detail oriented Result driven and Metrics oriented Working experience on MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field required 3-5 years of experience as HR Generalist in a Tech organization Proficient with G Suite
