   Your Responsibilities : This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

  Facilitate a strategic conversation between the recruiter and the hiring manager in the spirt of a modern employer to determine the best talent solution.Data gathering for the evaluation and population of a job requisition with the required job description, salary range, geography, etc.Ensure excellent customer service is delivered by principals of position management and supervisory organizations.Take ownership for all relevant Service Operating Procedures to ensure they are fit for purpose and governed according to accepted Global standards.As part of our HR Customer Service Team you will work in partnership with Human Resources partners and other members of HR operations to provide a high-quality customer experience to our internal clients. Why you?

   Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals: Student or university degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Health careers or related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and as a 3rd language: French or Portuguese. Experience working in customer support and delivering solutions through phone, chat, web submit, and email. Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a Human Resources Shared Services, Support Center or Customer Support environment.Experienced with Workday, Service Now and/or other systems.If you feel this is your next career move, please apply up to January 7th, 2024.
