Job Description Summary:
The HRBP provides guidance and coaching to associates and managers in ANZ Business units on all HR programs, including performance management, career conversations, total rewards, employee engagement and employee relations. managing conflict & grievances etc. The HRBP also translates business needs to effectively attract, engage, build and retain talent in the Organization.
This role provides Business Partnering to our Functional groups in ANZ (Finance, Legal, RA, QA, HR) alongside our WHS obligations.
Key accountabilities:
Deliver/Execute HR initiatives that support the business needs in ANZ Business UnitsConsult and Coach managers in attracting, retaining and developing talent for Organisation & Team effectiveness.Support and collaborate with managers on Strategic Organisation Planning, assessing and identifying future talent and capability needs/gaps within the organisation.Work on executing the workforce plan and strategy in line with the future strategic imperatives.Act as the escalation point for associates and managers on performance management, career conversation, talent selection, talent movement and employee relations issues.Promotes and enhances user adoption of HR programs by providing country/site insights, partnering and optimising support from HR Service delivery and COE team.Ensure compliance, fairness and equity in all the HR policies, Benefits and incentive programs. Keep updated with market trend/insights to ensure BD remain competitive in market.Lead and manage change management principles to drive large scale change processes, facilitate and observe group dynamics to manage change program.Establish a positive, engaging and conducive environment through structured communications and engagement with associates.Works collaboratively across local and regional teams.Assists in the management and facilitation of Workplace Health & Safety
Preferred Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years as a HR generalist business partner or similarRelevant formal qualifications in HR or related fieldsMedtech industry preferred.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive change.Applied knowledge of Australian legislation, regulations and frameworksAbility to engage with and influence stakeholders at all levels of the business.High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Ability to work at pace with ambiguity.Self-sufficient and self-motivatedWell-developed reporting and analytical skillsSome interstate travel may be required.
