The HRBP provides coaching to managers and employees on HR matters, ensuring alignment with policies, goals and objectives.Key Accountabilities:* Partners with assigned leaders to create and implement HR Strategies to enable the business* Coach, lead and mentor leaders on HR topics* Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.* Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
