About HR Assistant - Recruiting and Training

  WHAT YOU'LL DO

  As a dynamic, motivated HR Assistant for Recruiting and Training, you'll be part of our CE BST HR team, which is responsible for the recruiting and learning & development of our Business Services Team (BST) employees in the Central Europe (CE) region. You'll support your colleagues in day-to-day operations and will take on general assistant tasks as needed, such as coordinating appointments and meetings for the team and our HR Senior Director.

  In addition, you'll be responsible for handling the operational application process (data maintenance, monitoring of the application process, communication with applicants, prescreening, and interview coordination, leading up to contract processing and transfer into our personnel management system), and you'll correspond with applicants, the relevant departments, and personnel service providers by phone and in writing. You will assist in creating and publishing job advertisements and will be independently responsible for recruiting working students for Germany and Austria.

  On the training side, you'll be involved in preparing and following up on training measures and will assume responsibility for creating invitations for participants. You'll coordinate travel management, prepare feedback evaluation, and create certificates. Maintaining the content on our training website and portal will also be part of your responsibilities.

  Depending on your capacity and in consultation with the teams, there will also be other opportunities to take on tasks and smaller projects in both areas.

  YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  You have completed commercial training or a bachelor's degree.

  You also have initial professional experience in operational HR work, ideally in a service-oriented international company.

  You are proficient in the MS Office package (especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).

  Your written and spoken German and English language skills are excellent.

  YOU'LL WORK WITH

  You will be part of a nine-person team distributed across various countries in Central Europe, whose collaboration is characterized by respect, acceptance, and mutual trust. Through various interfaces, you'll receive interesting insights into the work of all areas of HR (career development, legal, etc.). You'll report directly to the responsible Talent Acquisition Senior Manager, who will be there for you during your orientation phase and support you in your professional development. You will also always be able to draw on the experience of your coworkers.
