Activate and execute all Saudi's Back Office and Local business service delivery agenda for Employee Services, TA, TM, TR, Learning, Facilities, ER and Temp. Labor services in his/her designated locations.
Responsibilities
Ensure a consistent service delivery of HR Ops back office and Local business services to all concerned partiesWork along with local HR and COEs in supporting the employee life-cycle in his/her designated activities in addition to ensuring adherence to the company's policies and procedures, labor law and position management principles, Maintaining proper workflows & SLAs with other HR work streams to ensure a smooth deliveryExecute the activities in the following verticals in His/Her designated areas including:
Employee Services
Centralized E-filing Administration and Routing P-file documents from locationsEmployee documents authentication and distribution (contracts, pay slips..etc.)Onboard the new hires on HR systems L5- (L01 /L05)Availing Vacation BenefitHealth certification administrationAdministering disciplinary lettersEmployee exit management and clearance proceduresMedical, Life Insurance, GOSI deletion of EnrolmentGOSI - Injury reporting
Talent Acquisition
Manage fairs / Local Institutions hiring Coordinate Preboarding & Onboarding support for locations (including offer letter, contract prep, Pre joining medical check, etc.)Medical, Life Insurance, GOSI new hire EnrolmentSupport TA admin in L3- hiring process

Qualifications
0- 3 years of general professional experience in HR preferable in HR opsGood customer interface and focusing on employee experience excellence.Time management - ability to focus and get things done and know what critical business is; able to deal with conflicting priorities and ambiguity.Technical / Functional Skills & Knowledge of HR Tools and Interfaces.
