　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Assists department in carrying out various human resource programs and procedures for all company employees.Collaborate with HR Specialists on temporary employee requests, timecard processing, and hiring paperwork collection.Update job postings on mandatory websites and external sourcesMaintain human resource information system records and compile reports from the database as needed.Assist in writing HR procedures and ensure compliance with ISO 14001 format.Uphold the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records, maintaining compliance with privacy regulations..Perform other related duties as required and assigned such as occasionally update job postings on mandatory websites and other external sources to ensure a wide-reaching and diverse candidate pool.Requirements:Education, Skills, and Experience

　　High school diploma or equivalent1-2 years experience in an administrative or customer service role (preferably with Human Resource)Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyand attention to detailsAbility to exercise poise, tactfulness, diplomacy, and good interpersonal skills, to handle sensitive and confidential situationsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareExcellent spelling, grammar, and written communication skillsPersonal Skills

　　Must be willing to put in the necessary time and effort to accomplish assigned goals and tasksMust be able to communicate in a professional manner both orally and in writingMust be very detailed orientedMust be able to gain proficiency with company policies and procedures in a short time frameExperience and/or Education preferred
