General Statement of Duties:
Locke Lord LLP has an immediate opening for a CRM Specialist. Reportingdirectly to the Senior Marketing Technology Manager, this individualwould become a highly valued member of the Firm\'s Marketing Departmentand is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the Firm\'s CRMsoftware and email campaign software. The role focuses on data quality,onboarding new attorneys, training, reporting, customizations andmanaging marketing lists.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the Firm\'sCRM software and serve as product champion throughout the Firm.Serve as the primary contact point for the CRM, including answeringuser questions, investigating issues, providing recommendations forenhancements and being the primary point of contact with the Firm\'sCRM vendor.Oversee data quality initiatives and projects in the CRM, makingrecommendations on data standards and areas for cleanup.Onboard new lawyers to the CRM, including working closely with theFirm\'s IT Department to create user accounts.Develop and maintain CRM training materials, including videos andwritten instructions.Work with the Senior Marketing Technology Manager and the MarketingDepartment\'s Senior Leadership Team on strategic initiatives andenhancements to increase process efficiencies and CRM utilizationacross the Firm.Work on potential integrations with other Firm systems andtroubleshoot issues with existing integrations.Coordinate with the Firm\'s IT Department on any internal issueswith the CRM and email campaign software.Build reports in the CRM, including using Power BI to generateadvanced reports.Provide analytics on CRM usage and identify success stories to sharein Firm communications to increase engagement.Lead the ongoing training for Marketing Department members in usingthe CRM with the Firm\'s email marketing software, showing users howto track attendance and utilize advanced fields.Serve as the primary point of contact for the Firm\'s emailmarketing software, overseeing support tickets and staying on top ofnew features, offering suggestions for possible enhancements.Responsible for regular email campaign analytics, includinganalyzing timing, offering recommendations based on data andproposing A/B testing when appropriate.Work closely with members of the Digital Marketing team on otherassigned tasks as necessary, including website and blog postings.Education & Experience
Bachelor\'s degree with a minimum of 3 to 5 years working in aprofessio al services environment. Prefer experience in the legalindustry.3 to 5 years of experience working with a CRM, preferably MicrosoftDynamics.Experience with email marketing campaign software, preferablyVuture. Experience with A/B testing and email analytics is a plus.Experience developing and delivering CRM training to users.Strong Excel skills, including strong knowledge of pivot tables.Strong verbal and written skills, good at offering solutions toproblems and providing support for their recommendations.Superb attention to detail and highly organized.Strong work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional customerservice.Maintain composure under pressure in a highly dynamic fast-pacedenvironment.Additional Information

Work Environment - This position is a hybrid position working ineither the Chicago, Dallas or Houston office three days a week in aprofessional office environment and two days remote.
