　　Robert Half is seeking a motivated individual to join our Clackamas client’s HR teams as a HR Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in human resources and contribute to the success of an organization.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.

　　Handle new hire onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.

　　Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.

　　Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.

　　Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance with HR-related matters.

　　Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events and training programs.

　　Requirements

　　Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience).

　　Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

　　Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

　　Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
