Description

　　Robert Half is on the hunt for a Human Resources Assistant to coordinate human resources functions for a local Portland company. The ideal candidate will have experience processing new-employee paperwork, maintaining employee files on a HRIS, scheduling meetings, and assist with orientation. You will need to possess an acute attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and superb keyboarding skills.

　　How you'll make an impact:

　　Managing and updating HRIS Software

　　Scheduling meetings, interviews, and appointments

　　Managing calendars

　　Assisting HR department with special projects as needed

　　Assisting with payroll preparation and payment

　　Submitting expense reports

　　Posting job opportunities

　　Sending out announcements and weekly updates

　　Answering phones and routing calls

　　Processing paperwork

　　Managing files

　　Preparing packets

　　Processing onboarding paperwork (i9's, W2's, NDA's, etc.)

　　Providing general administrative, clerical, and customer service support as needed

　　Requirements

　　HR Experience

　　Administrative experience

　　Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook proficiency

　　Proficiency with HRIS Software

　　Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills

　　Scheduling/calendar management experience

　　Multi-line phone experience

　　Onboarding experience preferred
