We assist employees from 11 countries Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Romania, Italy, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, and South Africa and right now, we are looking for a colleague who will be in daily touch with the employees of Accenture Poland.This will be your future roleAs an HR Agent, you will be helping people on the phone and via internal tools with any of their HR related questions. You should enjoy communication and be open to assisting people who can sometimes feel lost in internal policies, HR regulations, benefits, and Labor law.

　　Answering questions regarding vacation and other leave of absence related topics

　　Helping our employees get their employment confirmations and other documents

　　Guiding fellow employees through the corporate jungle, sharing your knowledge

　　You will have experienced colleagues helping you to get started however, before you know it, you will become an expert yourself, helping others.

　　You enjoy communication and you are fluent in Polish and English

　　At least basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

　　You like to give customers the best service possible

　　You enjoy getting to the core of issues and you do not leave any detail out
