OVERVIEWUES, an Eqlipse company has an immediate position for a Proposal Manager and Business Analyst who will assist Division Directors in various technical application spaces including BioSyntech and Biomanufacturing to manage proposals and align capabilities with new business opportunities. The successful candidate will partner with the Division Directors and coordinate information from the corporate departments and technical divisions to assist in developing winnable proposals and assist with business development opportunities. In collaboration and with the approval of the Division Directors, this individual will assign Division's deadlines and workloads and deconflict with customers where necessary. They will assist the Division Directors with completing the business aspects of the proposals including resumes, teaming, etc. as well as proposal editing and proposal writing. This Manager will also support the R&D Sector with development and preparation of presentations and white papers.
