  What you will do as a Housekeeping Office Coordinator

  · Is aware of, adheres to and assures that all the Housekeeping team follow hotel rules and policies at all times

  · Complete all tasks on their designated task list in a timely and efficient manner and ensuring all necessary follow-up and communication is complete prior to ending their shift

  · To read and send housekeeping handovers noting any special requirements for the day ahead and check emails for any important information and send to Shift leaders

  · Opening the department and allocating the room attendants sections for the day, preparing the day ahead attendance sheet

  · Ensure traces are updated and left placed on Room attendants list

  · Ensure safety of all keys held in housekeeping office and recording of any keys and phones issued from office.

  · Receive reports from housekeepers regarding rooms requiring urgent maintenance and keep log records of information passed, follow-up when needed

  · Receive and coordinate all calls received by housekeeping

  · To record and report any information that would enhance guest experience and create simple meaningful gestures to the guests.

  · To handle and share any guest complaints and requirements in accordance with the established procedure of the hotel and report all such incidents to Housekeeping management

  · To assist in the building of an efficient team of employees by taking an active interest in their welfare, safety and development.
