　　Pay Rate - $15.50 per hour!

　　Duties:

　　Receives and follows oral or written work assignment from super-visor on a daily and monthly schedule.

　　Cleans resident and non-resident areas such as residents rooms, bathrooms, utility rooms, halls, offices, etc. in the manner stated in the procedures, so that a high level of cleanliness is maintained in the home.

　　Reads chemical names, distinguishes appropriate chemical for task and dilution ratio, and handles chemicals in safe manner to protect self, residents and fellow staff members.

　　Lifts objects, including water mop buckets and garbage bags, weighing up to 50 lbs.

　　Sweeps, dusts, mops and vacuums floors, clean carpets, washes windows and bed-frames and mattresses, dusts as needed.

　　Follows safety practices including, but not limited to: floor signage, locked closets and properly stored chemicals.

　　Performs housekeeper job duties as directed by supervisor.

　　Performs duties according to the highest ethical and moral standards and in adherence with the facility's corporate compliance plan and all applicable governing laws. Adheres to the facility's confidentiality statement in accessing and safeguarding protected health information (PHI) of residents and employees, as necessary to perform job duties.

　　Ability to read and write. Ability to follow oral and written directions and communicate orally and in writing to supervisor.

　　Ability to cooperate with other staff members.

　　Ability to use equipment as required for the job.
