Perform any combination of light cleaning duties to maintain hotel rooms& hotel/restaurant, in a clean & orderly manner. Duties may includemaking beds, replenishing linens/toiletries, cleaning rooms and halls,dusting, vacuuming & mopping. Work is M-Su, each employee will work 5days a week and receive 2 consecutive days off. Involves loading andunloading tools and supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.Involves extensive standing, sitting or walking. Involves frequentstooping or bending. Involves repetitive movements. In Event of Accidentor Suspection of Use/Employer Paid Drug Test. Optional shared housing ifavailable at \$100 a week (subject to change based on localmarket/inflation) Possibility of performance based raise, bonus,overtime and Saturdays as required. . 6 Months Housekeeper ExperienceRequired. 0 minutes of unpaid breaks throughout the day. Option todeduct rent from pay at \$100 per week. Deductions will not drop theoverall wage below the UDSOL minimum, if the deductions are too greatthey will not be made.
*Terms and Conditions of Employment: \$15.52 to \$17.52 per hour.Minimum of 40 hours per week - M-Su (with a possibility of Sat.),8:00:00 AM to 4:00:00 PM (schedules may vary). Overtime is available asneeded. Overtime rate is \$23.28 to \$26.28. Possibility of Performancebased raise. On the job training provided.
*Transportation: Employer will provide advance transportation costs formost economical common carrier for workers, either foreign or domestic,to place of employment from place of recruitment and reimbursesubsistence when worker completes 50% of the work period.
*Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissedearlier, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs ofreturn transportation and subsistence back home or to the place theworker originally departed to work, except where the worker will notreturn due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount oftransportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the mosteconomical and reasonable common carrier for the distance involved.Daily subsistence to be reimbursed at a minimum amount of \$15.46 perday during travel to a maximum of \$59.00 per 24 hour period (withreceipts) of travel.
*Three-fourths guarantee: The employer guarantees to offer work forhours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-weekperiod of the total employment period.
*Tools, Equipment and Supplies: Employer will provide all tools andsupplies, without charge or deposit, necessary to perform job duties. Onthe Job Training Provided.
*Miscellaneous: Employer will use a single work week as its standardfor computing wages due; pay is Bi-Weekly.
* Employer will not make any deductions which are not required by lawunless employee requests or agrees to certain deductions in regards toadvance pay, reimbursements, etc. Deductions will not drop the overallwage below the UDSOL minimum, if the deductions are too great they willnot be made. H-2B Worker\'s whom paid visa, border and or other visarelated fees, including those mandated by the government, will bereimbursed by employer in the first workweek.
