Description

　　A rapidly growing company in the construction industry is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team on a contract to hire basis. This role is fully in-office from Monday through Friday from 8-5 and would interview and start immediately. This position is requiring recent experience working in Viewpoint software system. 　　Duties:

　　Receiving, coding, entering, and processing vendor invoices

　　Supporting weekly check runs

　　Process credit card payments

　　Vendor management

　　Vendor statement reconciliations

　　Assisting with month-end duties as needed

　　Requirements

　　2+ years of Accounts Payable experience

　　Recent experience in Viewpoint software

　　Microsoft Office/Excel proficiency

　　Experience in the construction industry is a plus
