Description RESPONSIBILITIES: Work 30 hours/week and receive Full Time benefits! Provide routine cleaning and maintenance of the public and common areas of the academy Adhere to all Nexus safety guidelines as well as federal, state and local requirements. Maintain an adequate stock of cleaning supplies and materials. Supervise resident maintenance, housekeeping and renovation projects. Ensure confidentiality regarding residents' issues, background and treatment and comply with Nexus policies involving resident privacy and confidentiality rules for residents and their families. Qualifications: High School diploma or GED (preferred can work with a candidate working on acquiring GED with intent to complete) Housekeeping and cleaning experience is preferred, but not required. First Aid/CPR/Blood Bourne Pathogen/TCI/Medication certification required annually. Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets state regulating driving requirements and satisfies corporate eligibility standards. Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds with assistance. Must be able to stand for long periods of time (4-6 hours) and navigate stairs frequently. Must be able to tolerate chemical odors or scents conducive to cleaning supplies and materials. Must be able to climb, twist, turn and bend in a manner conducive to a housekeeping environment.
