M&A Corporate Paralegal - 1 Day in Office

　　Beacon Hill Legal is searching for a Corporate Paralegal for a major law firm based in Midtown Manhattan. This is a mostly remote role with at least 1 day in office.

　　This person should have at least 5 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal in a law firm. This person should have experience with M&A transactions. The salary for this role will range from $100,000-$145,000.

　　Responsibilities: Entity formation, maintenance, and dissolutionsPrepare for Board meetings and maintain corporate minute booksPrepare transaction documents and closing sets for completed transactionsDrafting and filing annual reports Qualifications: 4+ years of Corporate Paralegal experience in a law firmExperience with corporate governance and Board meetingsAbility to work a hybrid schedule If interested and have the experience, please submit your resume!
