  As the Hotel Manager, you will be crucial in ensuring both guest and team member satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include consulting with owners, conducting interviews, counseling, and evaluating staff. Above all, your leadership and expertise will play a key role in delivering the highest standards of Hawaiian hospitality, culture, and experiences for our guests.

  What will I be doing?

  The Hotel Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Hilton Hawaiian Village while providing leadership in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. They will be responsible for the effective operational management of the hotels to ensure it achieves and exceeds its financial goals and guest satisfaction targets, while keeping a high-level employee engagement and community involvement. The Hotel Manager serves as top operator in the GM's absence, oversees the activities of key guest contact departments including hotel operations and food and beverage and consults with owners and corporate offices, as required.

  What are we looking for?

  Basic Qualifications:

  A minimum of 2 years of Hotel Manager, Executive Committee, or equivalent Operational Leadership experience at a big box hotel with 500 roomsFood and Beverage Experience requiredResort property experience inclusive of resort programs, recreational activities and spaResults-oriented and thoughtful leadership, with proven success in driving engagement and a demonstrated track record in recruiting, energizing, guiding, motivating, and managing a highly skilled teamPreferred Qualifications:

  Exceptional people leadership skills coupled with strong communication and business/financial acumenUnion partnership experienceHilton brand experienceTo fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree preferredMinimum Years of Experience: Three (3) or more years in hospitality sales & marketing leadership preferredMinimum Years of Experience: Three (3) years cross-functional experience in hotel management, or related industry experience preferred.Since being founded in 1919, Hilton has been a leader in the hospitality industry.
