We are seeking a talented Architectural Construction Administrator to join our team and play a pivotal role in the CA phase of architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and a passion for the building process through various phases.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Ensure all permits are obtained, printed, and posted on-site at all times throughout construction.

　　Ensure all approved plans are obtained, printed, and kept on-site at all times throughout construction.

　　Ensuring the design is being followed and that any issues are brought up to the Senior Project Manager if they cannot be resolved in the field. Even if they can be resolved in the field and may require a plan change, discussion must happen with the office team.

　　Create and maintain project schedules, including scheduling milestones, monitoring progress, and adjusting timelines as needed to meet project deadlines

　　Scheduling of internal team, sub-contractors, and third-party vendors.

　　Problem-solving for any challenges that may arise during construction, such as delays, design changes, or material shortages

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

　　A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in various architectural phases

　　Strong communication and presentation skills.
