What you will do: Problem Analysis and Technology Development Maintain employee safety standards including 6S lab standards. Build strong networks and collaborate with Ecolab anchors, commercialization teams, and functional experts to define and scope new opportunities for business growth through new innovation. Contribute to complex phase 0/1 product and technology development initiatives requiring advanced research methods that integrate chemical, processing, and dispensing technologies. Through deep data and statistical analyses, build foundational information on exploratory technologies and develop best practices and standards to accelerate phase 0/1 activities. Investigate customer needs and issues and translate needs into technical design requirements for new solutions and product enhancement ideas. Build Ecolab intellectual property by identifying unique new solutions and understanding both customer needs and the competitive landscape. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related technical field 1+ years of RD&E experience that includes RD&E formulation, process and/or project leadership roles Immigration sponsorship not available Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of product formulation, test method development, and intellectual property filings. Experience applying principles of scientific thinking to define problems, collect data, analyze potential solutions, and draw valid conclusions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively contribute to technical teams. Strong presentation skills with ability to clearly articulate technical subject matter.
