Earn TIPS while you are taking care of our guests!!!The Front Desk Agent/Bartender provides superior guest service and maintains complete knowledge of all hotel features, services and hours of operation, as well as local information and directions for our guests. Main duties include: Checks guests in upon arrival; Checks guests out upon departure; Processes all payments according to established hotel requirements; Makes room reservations over the phone; Provides information and services to guests and visitors; Assists with luggage; Delivers essential items to guest rooms. Work shifts vary between the hours of 7am - 11pm every day of the year, including holidays. This fun position also includes being a bartender at our wonderful Lobby Bar. At the Moxy, the Front Desk is the Bar! We will also be responsible for assisting with making drinks as well as bar foods to our guests as they enjoy their time in the Lobby. This is definitely a fun job with a lot of entertainment throughout your shift.We expect our associates to provide warm, friendly service with a genuine smile and pleasant attitude. Our goal is to make each guest feel like they are a welcomed friend. We look for team players who are willing to learn and who seek opportunities to grow.
