About the role
We have a new opportunity within our stellar TPB EMEA Marketing team for an Assistant Product Manager. Reporting to the Portfolio and Product Manager this role will help co-create and execute our brand activity plans to accelerate the assigned Brand Portfolios growth across Europe
The Assistant Product Manager will be responsible for leading the delivery of the assigned portfolio management projects, including new product launches, product deletions and internal communications of these projects.
Here are just some of the responsibilities you will have as our Assistant Product Manager EMEA:
Support execution of launches for a range of key strategic NPD projects that sit outside current portfolio
Work with key stakeholders to ensure NPD meets needs of consumers & customers across markets in region
Work with the Regional Product & Portfolio manager in the delivery of EMEA’s NPD pipeline
Play a role in the development of the Portfolio Strategy to ensure we have the right product /right purpose /right place to deliver growth for the business including identifying and managing all inputs and outputs of the portfolio over a 24-month horizon in line with TWE Category, Portfolio, Brand & Customer Strategies.
Support the development & delivery of regional launch activation plans
Manage new Brands once in market, leading creation of required Brand Plans and Activations
Track & report on performance including remedial action recommendations and execution where required
About you
We are looking for someone who has previous practical experience in a branded/consumer facing company (FMCG/Consumer/Shopper/Insights/Agency/Event Management/Sponsorship etc.). FMCG project management experience is a bonus, but not critical.
Solid experience planning and delivering marketing-related activity
Strong communication skills as you will be managing multiple stakeholders both internally & externally
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively based on what will make the biggest difference
Budget management - you will be responsible for owning the A&P tracking
Must be able to plan effectively to deliver marketing activity in a timely manner
