　　Summary:

　　Provides affirmation of documents and credentials of inpatient visitors entering the hospital; may include, but not be limited to, the verification of approved appointments and/or visitation for inpatient and outpatient clinics and departments, providing temporary identification to visitors/contractors, checking visitors' vaccination status, and answering basic visitation questions. Ensures that only permitted visitors enter the inpatient wings. Ensures a steady flow of patients, visitors, employees, and vendors. Acts as a liaison between the visitors and nursing staff when issues arise regarding visitors' entry process. Exhibits a high level of customer service and professional approach when interacting with visitors entering the facility, and analyzes issues/concerns in a proactive manner to bring resolution. The pay range for this position is $34,152- $42,251 annually which includes a comprehensive benefits package.

　　Qualifications:

　　Required Education and Experience

　　High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and equivalent of six (6) months of full-time experience working in a call center or in a customer service role assisting employees and/or customers.

　　NOTE: Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
