About the Job: As a Clinical Supervisor you will:
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for, assisting in leading the clinical and administrative teams for assigned departments with a focus on high-quality, comprehensive, accessible, supportive, and personalized care for all patients and clients.
Understands workflow of each department.
Regularly evaluates patient/client and staff data to support delivery of exceptional patient and client care.
Ensures adequate staffing levels of DVMs and support staff across designated departments to provide effective medical services and an optimal client experience.
Collaborates with staff at all levels and departments to streamline delivery of services without compromising care or hospitality.
Participates in hiring activities; disciplinary actions; excellence acknowledgements, and continuous development.
Provides leadership, direction and guidance.
Assists with coordinating the required training and skills of staff.
Monday - Friday Schedule (5 days), with possible option to move to 4 days
About You:
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a progressive veterinary hospital setting; RVT or 2+ years in a leadership role required
Strong communication skills, verbal and written; organizational skills; proactive thinking and a positive attitude
The ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and a commitment to developing long-term relationships with colleagues, clients, and the community is required
Maintain a positive outlook and ability to work well in stressful situations
