　　Position Description: Senior Business Analyst

　　LOCATION: Beijing

　　LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS English/Chinese

　　Selling Partner Support (SPS) acts as the primary interface between Amazon and its business partners. SPS will be responsible for providing timely and accurate operational support to Merchants selling on the Amazon platform to grow their business locally and globally.

　　As the Selling Partner Support Business Analyst, you will be working in one of the world's largest and most complex data warehouse environments. You should be passionate about working with complex datasets and turn data into business insights for identify strategic business opportunities. You should have deep understanding about how to analyze the problem, establish and refine metrics reports to measure operation success, and work with program managers to convert the business opportunity into projects.

　　Key job responsibilities

　　Retrieving data from data warehouse, transferring data into business insight by data analysis, data mining and modeling.

　　Establish and maintain regular metrics reports, ensuring that they are properly completed and accurate.

　　Build and maintain data warehouse in fast changed business environment to promptly support business requirement.

　　Deep dive metrics to identify business insight and drive projects by corporate with Program Managers.

　　Presenting analysis result to higher level management in business languages.

　　Cross work with World Wide functional teams to resolve moderately complex data/ process issues.

　　Basic Qualifications

　　Bachelor degree of in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economic or other discipline

　　8+ year experience in Business Analyst or relevant.

　　Strong SQL capability, 5+ year working experience on SQL development and optimization.

　　Expert on Microsoft SQL Server, ability to work as DBA.

　　Expert on Microsoft BI solutions: SSIS, SSRS and SSAS.

　　Knowledge on Python or R in data science field.

　　Good verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin & English.

　　High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

　　Strong ability to dealing with ambiguities.

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Master Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economic or other discipline

　　Experience on system solution development and ability on programming and developing IT solutions.

　　Knowledge on ML/AI
