Description:
PORT TO PORT (for pay - pay starts when they leave their home to when they get back to their home)
Company VEHICLE (they take to service but company pays for service of vehicle, insurance, and gas)
10% overnight (also just depends on logistics) - will receive $60 per diem, gas card, and company card for hotel stay
Wake up
Clock in when you hit the road on an APP
Head to job-site, the app will either have a QUOTED JOB OR NON QUOTED JOB
If NO job on the app, go to HI SPEED office for further instructions.
Quoted job - very specific on the issue(s) and what to fix and what parts/tools are needed, how long should take, etc.
Non-quoted example is: Crane won't go up and down. *Must go there and troubleshoot and find the issue and repair
Will have to go into plant some times for tools, parts, and/or pick up scissor lift. (will have to bring back scissor lift after a job to office)
Report on repairs made.

Needs to have soft-skills. Almost a sales-like mindset. They'll be on-site with customers on issues and 'selling' your service.
They need to be looking for potential issues and creating solutions versus waiting for someone to tell them something happened.
Self-starter, ambitious.
