　　Job Summary

　　As a Equipment Operator, Medium, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts to move, locate, relocate, and stack materials. Equipment operation in all weather conditions, rain, snow, sun, is possible. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to safety protocols, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of operating forklifts in a fast-paced environment. Able to continuously analyze the work environment for hazards and stop operations, if required, to correct the hazard.

　　Roles and Responsibilities

　　Safely and efficiently operate forklifts to move materials within the warehouse or production area.

　　Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas using forklifts.

　　Stack and organize products in designated areas, ensuring efficient space utilization.

　　Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any issues to the supervisor.

　　Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

　　Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow.

　　Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

　　Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

　　Follow directions of ground guide

　　Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)

　　Must have proven experience operating 8k – 30k forklifts.

　　Any verifiable forklift training/certification

　　High school diploma or equivalent.

　　Strong understanding of safety procedures and guidelines for forklift operation.

　　Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.

　　Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

　　Effective communication skills.

　　Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
