[Spherion Staffing has several openings for general assembly associates on 1st and 2^nd^ shifts. These positions will provide assembly of parts following blueprints or layouts, quality control of finished units and support shipping and receiving functions in this production environment.

　　[1^st^ Shift Pay $16/hour[2^nd^ Shift Pay $17/hour

　　**[Responsibilities:[-Set up, assemble, repair, test and package final and sub-assemblies[-Maintain required work quality and output at all work stations and assembly lines[-Operate test equipment to ensure product meets all required test specifications, document and report any discrepancies[-Monitor daily quality of assemblies and report all problems/discrepancies[-May be required to train or direct work of co-workers[-Maintain and report inventory accuracy[-Maintain housekeeping and organization of the department and work area[-May be required to sweep area, haul trash and perform minor maintenance of certain pieces of equipment[-Perform other duties as assigned, including shipping/receiving functions, material handler etc.
