　　Title – Construction Helper

　　Location – 2385 Riverport Rd. Memphis, TN 38109

　　Hours – Monday-Friday, 6am to 5pm (OT or occasional weekends based on business needs)

　　Type – Full-time/ Permanent

　　We are looking for a Construction Helper, they will assist the construction workers on a building site, providing assistance with tasks such as lifting, carrying, measuring and cutting materials, and helping to set up and dismantle scaffolding. The role also involves basic maintenance duties, such as cleaning and tidying the work area.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Assist Scaffold Builders in the construction of scaffolds, including the assembly and installation of scaffold materials.

　　Load and unload scaffold materials and tools, ensuring they are properly placed and secured.

　　Assist in the installation of debris netting and other safety measures as required.

　　Follow instructions from Scaffold Builders and other team members to ensure work is completed efficiently and safely.

　　Adhere to safety regulations and procedures, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment.

　　Maintain a clean and organized work area.

　　Requirements:

　　Previous experience as a scaffold helper preferred, but not required.

　　Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform tasks at heights.

　　Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.

　　Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow in the construction field.

　　Basic knowledge of safety regulations and procedures is preferred.

　　Ability to work as part of a team.

　　Adheres to all OSHA, site specific and Brand Safway requirements.

　　Work with crew dismantling scaffolding when it has been properly communicated to do so.

　　Inspects and properly racks & stacks scaffolding material after demo.

　　Physical Demands :

　　The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds and may frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Stand for long periods of time, Ability to feel and reach with hands and arms. Ability to stand, walk, climb, or balance, stoop kneel, crouch or crawl, talk or hear and taste and smell. The employee must regularly lift and/or move 50 pounds.
