　　GStek is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time Help Desk/DesktopSupportSpecialist opening to provide support at our Fort Carson location.

　　Required:U.S. CitizenshipActive U.S. Government security clearance.Minimum of 3 years Help Desk support.Minimum of 2 years experience in a lead/supervisory helpdesk role.Must possess one or more of the following:GSEC, Security +CE, SSCP and/or CCNA-Security.

　　Desired:BS Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.

　　Job Description:Provide Tier II technical support to resolve software, hardware, andother related IT issues.Provide Network Printer troubleshooting and configuration.Provide customer service and end-user assistance at the work station,docking station, or other IT assets and resolve any hardware or softwareissues that may be present.Complete and/or resolve the moving/relocation of IT assets andresolve any issues that may result due to a relocation, change or deletionof IT assets such as printers, scanners, and other peripherals.Account management through active directory.Computer imaging.Schedule staff to ensure Service Desk Coverage throughout the duty day.

　　Physical & Mental Requirements: Performance of essential and ancillaryfunctions may require:Bending, stooping, and walking.Sitting or standing for prolonged periods.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Requires near vision acuity to review written documentation.Ability to hear and understand speech at normal room levels and on thetelephone.Manual dexterity to operate a telephone and keyboard.Ability to lift horizontally and vertically.

　　Clearance:Selected applicants will be subject to a government security investigation andmust meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Hiredates are dependent upon the issuance of an interim or final governmentsecurity clearance.
