　　In the role of a Help Desk Support Agent, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our clients, aiding them in resolving technical issues, handling inquiries, and delivering effective solutions. Your main duties involve addressing user concerns, troubleshooting both software and hardware issues, and ensuring that our clients receive prompt and efficient assistance. Your contribution will be crucial in upholding customer satisfaction, resolving technology-related challenges, and guiding clients to optimize their experience with our products and services.

　　Role Responsibilities

　　Provide technical assistance for internal operating systems, productivity software, and various applications.

　　Respond to technical support requests through phone, email, and walk-in inquiries.

　　Identify and address recurring technical issues by implementing solutions at the source.

　　Investigate and resolve technical problems independently.

　　Manage user accounts and resolve issues in a client-server environment.

　　Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

　　Possess a basic understanding of networking concepts.

　　Have practical expertise in installing and configuring operating systems, both networked and local printers, and business applications.

　　Previous experience with IT support ticketing systems is a plus.

　　Tier 1 Support background is preferred.

　　Exhibit exceptional customer support skills.

　　Familiarity with ServiceNow is an advantage.

　　Experience with WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network) is beneficial.

　　Technical support experience is a requirement.

　　Proficiency in network troubleshooting is essential.
