　　Our Accounts Payable Leader is responsible for the timely processing of vendor invoices for all Almstead locations. Prospective candidates will possess a solid background in accounts payable, familiarity with relevant software, and the ability to handle various responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.

　　Responsibilities

　　Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment utilizing purchase order system

　　Prints and obtains signatures on all accounts payable checks

　　Distributes signed checks as required

　　Answers all vendor inquiries

　　Maintains all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets, and files

　　Assists Controller and other personnel as necessary

　　Assists in monthly closings

　　Prepares analysis of accounts, as required

　　Corresponds with employees and management on accounts payable and expense reimbursement issues and concerns

　　Manage rent receivables and respond to tenant inquiries

　　Performs other duties as assigned

　　Requirements

　　Five plus years of experience in accounts payable using QuickBooks

　　Problem solving -- able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, and gather and analyze information skillfully

　　Planning/organizing -- able to prioritize and plan work activities to use time efficiently, possess the ability to multi-task

　　Quality control -- demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness, monitors own work to ensure quality and applies feedback to improve performance

　　Quantity -- meets productivity standards and complete work in a timely manner

　　Adaptability -- Adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands, and priorities

　　Dependability -- consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction, and solicits feedback to improve performance

　　Work collaboratively with other departments, management and staff.

　　We offer a competitive compensation package, $55,000 - $75,000 per year commensurate with experience, medical and dental plans with employer contribution, 401K retirement savings plan, paid time off, and more!
