Job Description: Your Impact

As the Team Manager, you will lead by example, foster accountability, and mentor the team to align with Hello Garage's purpose, mission, and values. You will ensure the team meets goals, provide coaching to enhance performance, and support the team in handling customer interactions. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with company programs, assist the team, and manage administrative tasks related to sales and service operations.

Job Duties: How You Win Every Day

Align the team with company values, provide feedback, recognize performance, enforce processes, and take necessary disciplinary actions when needed.

Oversee Sales calendars, ensure efficient scheduling and appointment goals are met, and collaborate with managers to optimize travel and service.

Enhance NAC, Inside Sales, and Project Scheduling processes, ensure CRM functionality, and support franchisees while improving network performance.

Qualifications: What You Offer

3+ years of experience overseeing and managing consumer service operations.

Ability to hold the team accountable through coaching, mentoring, evaluating, and metrics.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail.

Provide strong leadership through effective communication, team motivation, training and team- building activities.
