　　You’d like to do this

　　Lead development and execution of US Marine Corps business development and pipeline management through complete opportunity life cycle (identification, capture, proposal, program transition).

　　Work closely with technical teams and customers to define and refine differentiated offerings that meet customer needs and address customer wants, all within customer budget constraints.

　　Coordinate closely with profit and loss (P&L) stakeholders to ensure alignment of technology and growth strategies, resources, and new business priorities with the needs to grow their respective portfolios.

　　Establish and execute partner strategies to increase Probability of Win (Pwin) and reduce execution risk on new business opportunities.

　　Establish, track, analyze and report on a clear set of decision quality business metrics that can support company growth.

　　Assist in the development of marketing strategies and provide input into long range business plans.

　　Lead or participate in trade shows and conferences, as well as bid and proposal activities.

　　You’re required to have this

　　Bachelor's degree (BS) in a technical field

　　Prior military, DoD civil service or defense contracting experience is required, with Marine Corps is preferred

　　Prior DoD or Defense contracting program experience on acquisition or requirements development programs is preferred

　　Minimum 10 years of experience as a business development portfolio leader with track record of regularly winning contracts (>$10M/year), is required

　　Business development experience, including:

　　developing business opportunity pipeline (>$100M) and shepherding each opportunity through the business development life cycle is required

　　working bid and proposal activities as a capture manager, proposal manager or volume lead is required

　　working with customers (government, industry, commercial, international) to shape the opportunities, the requirements, and the funding profile is preferred

　　Minimum Top Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility is preferred.

　　This position offers a hybrid work arrangement with the opportunity to work from home and be in the office as needed in the DMV area.
