Job Description:

　　Scheduler will be working directly patients as they come into the office

　　Take inbound and outbound calls.

　　Work through orders as sent out by the doctors, viewing relevant information through their internal system.

　　Provide exceptional customer support when interacting with patients and contract phlebotomists.

　　Data entry of appointments scheduled in their internal system.

　　Check patients in for their appointments

　　Schedule follow up appointments for patient as well

　　Qualifications:

　　1-3 years of customer service or data entry experience

　　Open to retail service experience

　　Strong customer service and people skills
