Employer will accept a degree equivalency based on education and experience.Experience Requirements: 36 months of experience in job offered, Corporate Sales Manager, or closely related.Special skills requirements: 1.Experience establishing sales objectives by forecasting sales quotas for an assigned territory. Quotas include IT hardware, IT software, Managed and Consulting Professional services supporting Technology.2.Experience with the development and maintaining a strong knowledge of leading consulting IT industry trends such as electronic commerce, spend management and technology initiatives.3.Experience reviewing training material with partner representatives and manufacturers like Microsoft, Cisco and Dell to ensure that all parties have the same understanding on the product.4.Experience mentoring, coaching, and building team of Sales Account Executives in creating relationships with manufacturers and distributors like Microsoft, Cisco and Dell.5.Experience reviewing and overseeing daily IT sales team activities (talk time, dials, previous day quotes, and orders), backlog, and any other IT product, Software and Professionalservices commissionable data.6.Experience conducting performance reviews and exercise authority over IT sales team personnel decisions.7.Experience ensuring IT sales team is on track to meet designated quota and budget.
