At BT your main responsibilities will include working directly with other team members and clients performing Medicare and Medicaid cost report preparation services, primarily for skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), and reimbursement consulting services.

  Be a trusted member of the engagement team and have the following characteristics:

   

  Working knowledge reimbursement systems for SNFs.

  Experience with preparing and filing Medicare and Medicaid cost reports for SNFs.Ability to analyze cost reports and provide observations and recommendations to clients to help them improve their performance.Willingness to comply with both Firm and professional standards as it relates to the execution of your responsibilities.Proactively takes initiative to assist others in completing assignments whenever possible.Strives to meet productivity goals assigned by the Firm.Stay current with updates and improvements on applicable technology platforms and obtain certifications as directedStrong organization and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively and with a sense of urgency in a deadline driven environment serving multiple clientsStrong adaptability and multi-tasking skillsAbility to learn new technology and processes quicklyAbility to learn from experiences and integrate new knowledge and skills into daily work and share with colleagues as appropriate```{=html}

  Qualifications

  Successful candidates will have:

   

  Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance1-2 years of work experience in the reimbursement field, including cost reporting for SNFs and/or accounting/finance for healthcare related organizationsAbility to work both independently and as a member of a team.Experience and knowledge working within MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, etc.Demonstrated skills in the areas of time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solvingAdditional Information

  For California, Colorado, New York, and Washington: The compensation range for this role is $59,640 to $126,440. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
