　　Job Description:

　　The Outside Laborer will assist with a variety of production/processing related tasks outdoors. This position requires working year round in all weather conditions, using a number of different equipment and heavy machinery.

　　Use a tractor, wagon, and auger to move grain from storage bins to the scale and, then to the cleaning equipment.

　　Use mower and tractor for upkeep of property and corn inventory.

　　Assist with any task associated with corn processing.

　　Cross-train to be able to support other teams as needed, to best serve the company.

　　Maintain all safety standards.

　　Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

　　Performs other related duties as assigned.
