About GCS Lead Consultant

  ADP is hiring a GCS Lead Consultant.

  As a member of ADP's GlobalView Global Consulting Services (GCS) team, you are responsible for delivering consulting missions to our ADP Global Payroll clients. Supporting them with client-side projects activities, working with the ADP team to ultimately support client to achieve a successful project go live. The work will be done in project mode, where the GCS Consultant will play the role of external consultant, working together with the client's stakeholders to coordinate and deliver on the agreed engagement scope.

  GlobalView Global Consulting Services (GCS) is looking for an experienced SAP/GlobalView Lead Consultant able to join our client's project team and help them during the implementation phase of their GlobalView projects. The GCS consultant would be acting as client's representative, working with the ADP counterparts on implementation project related tasks, from requirement gathering, data migration, testing & UAT, go-live and post go live service support.

  Analysis & Consultation

  Support the client with requirements gathering activities and active contribution to the blueprinting workshops.

  Work with the client team to help capture all necessary business requirements and any program specifications as requested ADP team.

  Work with the ADP team to solve issues & gaps between client requirements and ADP GlobalView template.

  Solve complex problems; Bring a new perspective on existing client solutions and processes; exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information and make recommendation for improvements.

  Integration & Testing

  Support with data gathering activities. Liaise with different client stakeholders to provide requested data in format expected by ADP.

  Handle and collaborate with the ADP team throughout the data cleansing, mapping and conversion phase and provide any assistance required including reconciliation.

  Possess strong SAP payroll configuration skills.

  Support clients through the User Acceptance Test, Parallel Test and Go-Live phases.

  Writing of testing scenarios and validation of testing results.

  Ensure that all deliverables are created on time and accurately as per project schedule.

  Product Knowledge

  Knowledgeable about the main HRIS system (WorkDay, Oracle, SFSF...).Project Planning/Management Activities

  Liaise with client's Project Manager or Global Project team (or designated team) assigned to the project, providing regular status updates and early warning of any slippage/ problems that may occur.

  Provide relevant coaching and knowledge sharing opportunities for other members of the (project) team and works in close relationship with other relevant client stakeholders.

  Able to work independently, under pressure, handling sensitive information with the right level of detail and attention.

  Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus; pro-active.

  Knowledge & Experience Required:

  U.S. SAP Payroll experience required.

  Must have configuration knowledge/consulting skills for SAP/GlobalView payroll. Must have solid functional/ blueprinting knowledge.

  Must have 6+ years of proven SAP payroll consulting experience.

  Must be fluent in English.

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  Teamwork, work collaboratively with others to achieve group goals, working together to accomplish business results.

  Ability to work in complex matrix organizations and deliver on multi-national projects.

  Analytical thinking problem solving skills work systematically and logically to resolve problems, address opportunities or manage the situation at hand, identify causes, relationships and implications.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Possess a good understanding of US and Canadian payroll, HR and legal framework; Mexico and Brazil payroll knowledge a plus.

  Knowledge of following systems is a plus: Siebel, PlanView.

  Fluency in Spanish is desirable.

  Note: The preferred location for this position is our Alpharetta, GA office.
