As a Health and Benefits Financial Consultant, you will reportdirectly to a Financial Team Leader. What theday will look like: Regularly attend client meetings Maintain and manageopen items lists to ensure you are providing each client with the agreedupon work Work follow up items assigned to you to resolution Conductad-hoc projects as needed using appropriate resources (funding analyses,plan changes, etc.) Be responsible for all financial activities onclient team Present marketing results to client Review financialcaveats, deviations and other notes in proposals, add appropriate notesto the client RFP results presentation Negotiate with carriers asdirected on rates, designs and plan provisions Assist in presentingresults to client Develop executive summary on all key financialcomponents of marketing and provide recommendations Provide financialmodeling as needed on opportunity Participate in meeting presentationsas requested Ensure all commissions have been disclosed and verified foreach vendor Provide cost estimates for PCORI to all self-funded clientsat the applicable time Collect and submit needed financial data forbench-marking projects Skills and experience that will lead to success:Two plus of years health and benefits underwriting experience,preferably in consulting environment Advanced level proficiency withMicrosoft Office Strong project management experience Client consultingexperience Self-starter who can work well with minimal supervisionEducation: Bachelor\'s Degree in relevant discipline or equivalentexperience How we support our colleagues: In addition to ourcomprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
