PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

　　Lubricates bearings, electrical motors, etc. in asphalt plants.Completes daily inspection check list.Assists Asphalt Plant Operator in daily inventory.Substitutes for Asphalt Plant Operator as required.Performs daily and scheduled maintenance of asphalt plants. Performs preventive maintenance and repairs as required.Operates equipment to assist in maintenance and repairs.Follows OSHA, safety and Company regulations and policies.Performs other duties as assigned.PRINCIPAL REQUIREMENTS:

　　High school graduate or equivalent preferred.

　　Minimum 5 years applicable experience/training/combination preferred

　　MSHA certified or previous miner certification preferred

　　Knowledge of basic electrical functions, plumbing, welding/ cutting, belts and bearings helpful.

　　Valid driver's license and favorable traffic abstract preferred.

　　Capable of multiple dexterity, climbing, crouching, crawling, lying under equipment and lifting or moving up to 75 pounds

　　Work Hours:Flexible, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to travel interisland.

　　We primarily employ carpenters, laborers,and operating engineers. We are signatory to collective bargaining agreements with the following unions listed below and are subject to the hiring rules of each collective bargaining agreement. We anticipate hiring for projects on Oahu, Maui, Hawaii, and Kauai as work becomes available and will be contacting the respective union to fill these positions:

　　*This is a union position. Selected candidate will be asked to join the Operating Engineer's union prior to starting work.
