On The Job You Will
Accountable to accelerate the achievement of Health business in Indonesia by building a solid foundation for administrating health insurance, with strong focus on indemnity product and services; with main focus on cost containment, provider relations and making sure seamless and best in class customer experience through all touchpoints.
Making sure to achieve cost containment initiatives in 4 pillars: provider management, cost management, fraud management, and TPA management.
Lead, plan and ensure smooth transition for any transformation initiatives, covering agreement, provider network, risk assessment, data migration and product knowledge and communication to relevant stakeholders.
Build and design solid foundation for administrating health insurance by managing providers and TPA relations
Ensure Providers have updated and reasonable clinical pathway and standard tariff, negotiate and continuous review of Providers cashless procedures, data and reports those needed, cashback and rebate.
Collaborate and work closely with TPA to ensure administrative process is meet agreed SLA, continuous review and improve administrative process for better customer experience.
Join data analytic with TPA to provide better insight and use the information to improve cashless process from registration, monitoring to discharge process.
Monitoring and tracking to achieve “payright” / “cost containment” by ensuring Case Management Team from Manulife and TPA work closely with Providers
Work with Health Product, Pricing and Health Strategy team in designing health product, provide Providers and TPA insight and challenges to ensure more innovative and effective health product design
Communicate and socialize any changes, new process to Distributions.
Individual Accountabilities:
Lead the Providers and TPA team in providing excellent service experience to customers
Develop, design, monitoring, review , and improve process relate with Providers and TPA from registration, monitor to discharge as well as Providers procedure and responsible.
Build and maintain relationship with Providers and TPA
Proactively work with across function within or outside Health to initiate idea or input that be able to grow health business including optimize and control the claim.

We Are Looking For Someone With
Bachelor's degree in Medical or a related field with minimum of 5 years of experience in health insurance industry.
Strong understanding of the health insurance industry
Medical knowledge and strong analysis skill.
Knowledge of Provider and TPA
Strong driver and leadership skill
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong data analysis and interpretation abilities.
Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis
