Oracle consulting is helping leading organizations around the world in the areas of Digital Transformation. We transform Business and Technology landscape to accommodate the realities of doing business in today’s global environment. To accelerate this transformation, we are looking for Project Managers to manage the delivery of Oracle Consulting’s Professional Services implementations of the Oracle Cloud Applications (SaaS).
Intermediate Oracle HCM consulting position operating independently with assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle HCM Application products to meet customer specifications. Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.
What you'll do:
Design and implement requirements in Oracle HCM solution.
Conduct working sessions with HR to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements.
Provide subject matter expertise on key business process decisions.
Demonstrate configurations through the use of prototyping.
Advise HR team on industry standards for HCM process areas in order to provide suggestions to achieve. clean configuration and streamlined processes.
Understand Oracle's Implementation Methodology and use it on all engagements.
Provide the Engagement Manager with status reports and keep them apprised of overall status.
Responsibilities
What you'll need to be successful:
1 - 6 years of overall experience in HCM functional roles.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
Strong HRM domain knowledge (Recruitment, Core HR, Absence, Time and Labor, Payroll); with HRD domain knowledge is highly preferred (Goal and Performance Workforce Compensation)
Experienced in PeopleSoft, Fusion HCM, SAP, Workday would be preferable but not mandatory.
Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Consulting firm background is highly preferred.
