This is a hybrid role and would need someone local to NYC that can come on site a few days per week
Must have 3-5 years od Hardware Asset Management experience
They have current Hardware Asset Management (HAM) processes in place, not standard, many variations of what gets done and who completes what tasks.
3-5 years of Hardware Asset Management experience
Key goal is to re-do them – start with purchasing and then go through the full lifecycle
Someone who can write a project plan in Excel then that’s fine – they use smart sheets
Does not include medical devices – a lot going on from an asset management standpoint – looking to do an integration to get medical devices in there eventually
ServiceNow experience
Coupa knowledge would be a plus – integrating that with ServiceNow this year
Experience in writing and documenting policy and process is a must
Work alongside SAM team b/c she wants the SAM and HAM processes re-written together
