About the Role
The Growth Operations team is responsible for growing our consumer base, and increasing their engagement, while also being the advocate of the consumer internally in Uber. We serve millions of consumers every day and we work with stakeholders across the business to deliver the best possible experience and outcomes for our consumers.
As part of the Growth operations team you will be responsible for engaging and retaining UberEats customers. This includes innovating how we engage and what we offer, working across the business to design and execute campaigns and analysing impact to continuously improve what we do.
Your Impact in Role:
Consumer Campaigns: Plan, design and execute campaigns across different life stages of consumer journey - from customer acquisition, engagement to churn management. Manage projects end-to-end to ensure campaigns are executed as designed and deliver desired impact.Data Analysis: Analyse campaign results to measure performance, provide insights to support business decisions, and build dashboards to inform strategy for future campaign experimentsProblem solving: Proactively identify challenges and opportunities and take ownership to address them. Dive deep to diagnose the underlying root causes of challenges and work cross functionally with stakeholders to address them. Develop insights and make recommendations to enhance and improve the consumer proposition and experience.Stakeholder management: Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the organization including Communications, Marketing, and Product, to deliver the best outcomes for consumers while supporting diverse business objectives
The Experience You'll Bring:
Good communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to analyze data in SQL and advanced excel (Google Sheets) with an analytical mindset.Strong organization, planning and project management skills.Excellent in presentation and verbal/written communication.Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects in parallel without compromising the quality of deliverables while bringing innovative ideas to your work.To be a self-starter and highly motivated; capable of working independently, yet collaboratively, within a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a positive, proactive and energetic approach to work.English fluency - reading, written, and spoken.Able to identify business problems and potential solutions based on segmentation data and frameworks.
