　　Do you have experience in maintaining grounds and doing light maintenance work? As Groundskeeper at Ridgeline at Canton, you will be responsible for keeping the grounds and caring for the exterior of buildings as well as housekeeping, janitorial tasks, and some light maintenance work.

　　Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM

　　Responsibilities :

　　•Grounds maintenance and caring for exterior of buildings.

　　•Housekeeping and janitorial tasks

　　•Other general maintenance duties as necessary

　　Qualifications :

　　•One to two years of grounds keeping experience in multi-family/residential properties.

　　•Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to other properties, if needed.

　　•Must have basic set of tools.

　　•Be responsible and reliable.

　　•Have a positive, get the job done attitude.
