　　Scope

　　Responsible for creating and updating packaging graphics and IFU’s for Dentsply Sirona Lab Materials branded products. Responsible for ensuring Corporate Brand Guidelines are adhered to for packaging graphics and marketing collateral developed both internally and with an outside agency.

　　Key Responsibilities

　　Using corporate branding guidelines and working with Engineering, Marketing, and Planning departments, create packaging graphics (labels, cartons, IFUs, shippers, etc.) and marketing materials (brochures, sell sheets, ads, postcards, etc.) – for Dentsply Sirona Lab Materials.

　　Advise Engineering, Marketing & Sales personnel, both domestic and international as to graphic layouts that provide the most efficient and cost effective reproduction costs while complying with necessary FDA, ISO and Corporate packaging Guidelines.

　　Provide graphics to printers in proper formats; provide working files to EU SBUs when requested (close working relationship with EU marketing personnel)

　　Create on an as requested basis: Newsletters, marketing collateral, logo and product images, graphic visuals.

　　Format IFU’s (instructions for use) to comply with packaging needs in both size and layout, get appropriate translations, format multi-language IFU for final approval

　　Prepare IFUs and marketing brochures for our SBU section of the corporate website.

　　Provide the necessary documents for Change Plan and CHO requests.

　　Other duties as assigned

　　Typical Background

　　Education:

　　Bachelor’s Degree in Art/Graphics Design/Electronic media

　　And/or equivalent relative experience will be considered

　　Years and Type of Experience:

　　Knowledge of 4-color printing process

　　Knowledge of ISO, FDA, and Dentsply Sirona compliance and packaging procedures highly preferred.

　　Key Required Skills, Knowledge and Capabilities :

　　Must be able to balance multiple priorities.

　　Must be proficient in the following software: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat Pro

　　Experience with Microsoft Office including: Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint

　　Video editing software like Adobe Premiere, experience is a plus

　　Knowledge of the use of Apple computer and native software
