　　RESPONSIBILITIES

　　As our Global Trade Marketing & Gifting Strategy Manager you are responsible for animating Giftset Prestige Community (Markets & Brands) and supporting all functions on operational topics (Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Markets, Lifecycle, Finance, Pricing, Packaging design)

　　Within the Commercial Team of Coty Luxury Division, the Global Trade Marketing & Gifting Strategy Manager is part of the Promotion Effectiveness team, responsible for co-building, implementing & sustaining the overall Giftset Prestige program.

　　 Your main focus :

　　Measure Promotional level for our Brands Build consumer centric category knowledge across channels (B&M & E-Com) Maintain competition analysis Support Building seasonal guidelines around KCP's Co build Giftsets Menus with Brands, Trade & Markets

　　The team consists of 4 people (Junior Promotion Efficacy Manager, Senior Promotion Efficacy Manager, A&CP business analyst) and you will work closely together with several departments such as Gifting & Trade Marketing, Markets, Planning, Finance, Supply. Working in the CCO team is an opportunity to develop a commercial perspective on many new topics, drive change while surrounded by a team of great professionals, always happy to help and support.

　　 YOU ARE A COTY FIT

　　You like analyzing, making recommendations, work on gifts and Promotion. As an experienced Global Trade Marketing & Gifting Strategy Manager, you will co-build Giftsets Menus with Brands, Trade & Markets and animate Giftset Prestige Community (Markets & Brands) . You get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment. Other than that, you:

　　Have 5+ years of experience in Marketing / Trade Marketing / Commercial / Retail in the Beauty Business Preferably with exposure to European or US Market Have strong analytical skills and ability to work on a large brand portfolio, able to sort through complex and massive data, including their interpretation Have a positive & dynamic attitude, good interpersonal collaboration skills, ability to think creatively Are autonomous, and self-motivated. Strong Team player Master English & French languages on a near native level
